There is some great inspirational design in these photos. Namely, the new take on the display plinth and showcasing the best offering in jewelry. It reminds me of an Egyptian vase or coffin, the way the body of the unit is shaped with the thin neck. But more than that, it is a homage to the beautiful neck it’s future owner will have – and how great the piece will look on it!

Marco Piva aimed for this space to have a theatrical exhibition feel. I can definitely see how this is true, coming across in the units used. This can easily be located not only in Bvlgari’s stores but also in the finest museums, such as the Victoria and Albert museum in central London, displaying the best of jewelry in eras gone by.

What do you think of the units?
